Meet The Team

Spearheaded by Jeffrey Dinan, Palette operates with the underlying belief that art and food are natural complements, best enjoyed in a setting conducive to the exchange of ideas - amongst friends new and old - who share a common passion for these luxuries.

Each month, Palette provides unique "curated dining" experiences for those who crave quality, innovative food and drink, and wish to expand their art knowledge as well as their personal collections. Each Palette experience will be a collaboration prepared by a notable chef, a discerning sommelier or mixologist, and a contemporary artist.

Emily Harding Gallery in Toronto’s Leslieville will play host to a rotating group of 30 guests who share a passion for fine art and food. The loft itself has been designed with its patrons in mind with a contemporary, design-driven aesthetic. The kitchen was custom-designed by Ernestomeda Toronto and is the heart of the operation.

As Managing Partner of Palette and Emily Harding Gallery, Jeff continues to do what he does best – produce creative, impactful events and build positive, sustainable client, team and supplier relationships.

Jeff has gained a solid reputation as a skilled hospitality professional, holding senior management positions in some of Toronto’s most acclaimed establishments. Two decades operating his boutique-style event management business, hosting major companies, not-for-profit organizations, and private clients in the art, film, publishing and fashion industries, Jeff brings with him a base of knowledge and experience vital to the Palette concept. In keeping with his real passions –food, drink, and art – his new role at Palette allows him to bring these elements together as monthly curated dining experiences.
